Warranty Policy

This warranty policy is offered in addition to consumers’ statutory rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and related law on warranty against hidden defects. It does not restrict those rights; it explains how we handle defects, replacements, repairs, and refunds.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that occur under normal use during the specified warranty period for each product.

Please note that warranty duration may vary depending on the type of item:

  • Alternator & Starter: 6 months
  • Aftermarket mechanical parts (e.g., brake booster, filters, bushings): 30–90 days
  • Accessories: see product listing for details

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery shown in your order record. For accurate details, always check the product page for the specific warranty coverage of each item.

2. What's Not Covered?

Your warranty may be considered void if any of the following situations apply:

  • Improper installation or use outside the intended purpose.
  • Tampering, modification, alteration, or disassembly of the item
  • Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear or deterioration from regular use
  •  Damage caused by other faulty or incompatible parts, accessories, or vehicle issues
  • Installation performed by unqualified or unauthorized personnel/shops
  • Fitment errors due to incorrect model or variant chosen by the buyer
  • Missing required proof, such as: photos, videos, or an unboxing video
  • Returning the item without approval, or failing to follow the claim process
  •  Any attempt to repair the item prior to filing a claim, unless authorized by us
  •  Signs of physical damage, such as cracks, burns, dents, or broken seals

3. How to File a Warranty Claim?

Report the issue within the warranty period.

  • For damaged or missing items, report within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • For defective parts, report within the warranty duration listed on the product page.
  • Claims reported beyond the allowed timeframe may not be accepted.
 

Prepare your proof.
Please provide the following to help us verify the issue:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or problem
  • Unboxing video (required for all damage, missing items, and most defect claims)
  • A short description of the issue or error experienced
  • If applicable, installation receipts/photos showing installation by a qualified technician
 

Wait for confirmation.

  • Our team will review your submission and may request additional details if needed.
  • Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) and detailed instructions.
  • Do not return any item without our confirmation, as unauthorized returns will be rejected.
 

Assessment & Resolution.

  • We will inspect the returned item to verify the issue.
  • If the claim is approved, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, depending on stock availability and product condition.
  • If the claim is not approved, we will return the item to you. Shipping fees may apply.

4. Important Notes

  • The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original buyer.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Shipping fees for warranty claims may apply, depending on the case.
  • Claims without proper proof may not qualify.
  • Processing time may vary depending on product type and availability.
  • For faster resolution, ensure all required proof is complete before submitting your claim.
